hummus

INGREDIENTS

3 tsp.garlic (minced)
1/2 cupContadina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 canS&W Chickpeas (432g) (drained but reserve 1/2 cup liquid)
1/2 cuptahini
1 tsp.salt
2 Tbsp.lemon juice
 parsley, for garnish
2 packpita (cut into 4)

DIRECTIONS

Using a blender, puree all ingredients together with 1/2 cup of the liquid of the canned chickpeas.
