INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp.Contadina Pure Olive Oil
1 tbsp.garlic (minced)
1 cananchovies
1 bottleContadina Arrabbiata (420g)
1/2 cupgreen olives, pitted (cut into 3 crosswise)
1/4 cupcapers
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp.pepper
1 1/2 tsp.sugar, white
300g.Contadina Penne (500g) (cooked)
1/4 cupparmesan cheese (grated)
1/4 cupbasil, fresh (shredded)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute garlic in oil. Add anchovies. Cook until golden brown.
  2. Contadina Arrabbiata and simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Add green olives and capers, then season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Toss Contadina Penne into sauce together with the grated cheese and basil leaves.
