tuna & arugula spaghetti

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp.olive oil
2 Tbsp.garlic (minced)
2 cantuna chunks in oil (184g)
1/4 cupcapers
1 bottleContadina Arrabbiata (420g)
1/4 cupchili flakes
1/4 tspsugar, white
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
1 packContadina Spaghetti (400g) (cooked)
2 cuparugula (trimmed, roughly chopped)
1/4 tsplemon zest
  

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a saucepot, saute garlic until fragrant. Add canned tuna chunks with its oil and capers.
  2. Add Contadina Arrabbiata, chili flakes, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
  3. Toss in Contadina Spaghetti, arugula and lemon zest.
