INGREDIENTS

1 pcbaguette, sliced diagonally
1 cupContadina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 salt, to taste
 pepper, to taste
1 canStewed Tomatoes, drained
1 1/2 cupfeta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cupbasil, fresh, shredded
  

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drizzle each slice of baguette with Contadina Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Top with Contadina Stewed Tomatoes and feta cheese. Toast.
  3. Garnish with basil. Serve.
