pork souvlaki and tzatziki

500gpork, lomo/tenderloin (cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes)
1 Tbspgarlic
2 Tbsplemon juice
2 tsporegano, dried
1/4 cupContadina Pure Olive Oil
1/2 tspsalt
1 cupyoghurt, greek
1 cupcucumber (cut into 4 lengthwise then slice thinly, squeezed to remove excess juice)
2 tspgarlic (minced)
1 Tbspmint (chopped)
1 Tbsplemon juice
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 cupbell pepper, red (cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes)
1/2 cuponion, red (quartered)
1/4 tsppepper, black


  1. In bowl, combine pork tenderloin, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and Contadina Pure Olive Oil . Mix and marinate for 15 minutes. 
  2. Meanwhile, make the tzatziki by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. 
  3. Alternately skewer the pork, bell pepper, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill until cooked. Serve with tzatziki.
