pork souvlaki and tzatziki

500gpork, lomo/tenderloin (cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes)
1 Tbsp.garlic
2 Tbsp.lemon juice
2 tsp.oregano, dried
1/4 cupContadina Pure Olive Oil
1/2 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp.pepper
1 cupyoghurt, greek
1 cup.cucumber (cut into 4, sliced thinly, squeezed to remove extra juices)
2 tsp.garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp.mint (chopped)
1 Tbsp.lemon juice
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 cupbell pepper, red (cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes)
1/2 cuponion, red (quartered)


  1. In bowl, combine pork tenderloin, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and Contadina Pure Olive Oil. Mix and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, make the tzatziki by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Alternately skewer the pork, bell pepper, and onion.
  4. Grill until cooked. Serve with tzatziki.
