tuna & arugula spaghetti

INGREDIENTS

1 TbspContadina Pure Olive Oil
2 Tbspgarlic (minced)
2 cantuna chunks in oil (184g)
1/4 cupcapers
1 bottleContadina Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce (420g)
1/4 tspchili flakes
1/4 tspsugar, white
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper, black
400 gContadina Spaghetti (500g), cooked
2 cupsarugula (trimmed, roughly chopped)
1/4 tsplemon zest
  

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a sauce pan, saute the garlic until fragrant. Add canned tuna chunks with its oil and capers.
  2. Add Contadina Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, chili flakes, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
  3. Toss in cooked Contadina Spaghetti, arugula and lemon zest.
